Buying from Sports Force
It is easy to buy from Sports Force, and we make it simple for you by providing a range of purchase options.

Ordering on-line
To buy on-line, simply go to the ‘on-line catalogue’ section of this website (click here to go there now). Once in the on-line catalogue, you will see the range of product categories listed. Go to the appropriate category by clicking on the name of the category, and you will see a list of available products.

When you see the product you want click on it and add it to the ‘shopping cart’. Remember to choose the appropriate size, colour and/or model, and to tell us the number of items you require.

Once you have selected all the items you require, click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button, where you will go through our virtual checkout.

If you are an existing customer, you can bypass our form by telling us your customer name and password, and your order will be sent to us for processing.

If you are a new customer, you will need to fill in some information regarding your account (name, business/schools name, and contact details). From there, your order will be sent to us automatically. If we need more information from you, we will request it when we receive your order – generally this will be via telephone, but you can suggest other methods if it suits you.

Once we receive your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it is being filled.

Providing the products you request are in stock, the order will be processed and will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being received. We will send an order with the invoice, and, in line with out terms of credit, we expect that this will be paid within 30 days. Sometimes, in busy periods, we are temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately to let you know when the product will be ready to deliver.

Ordering by phone, fax or email
We also accept orders via phone, fax or email.

To do this, you may wish to view our on-line catalogue first, so you have an idea of our products. Alternatively we can send you a hard copy of our catalogue, which you can keep in your office for reference. To order a hard copy of the catalogue now, click here.

If you wish to fax us, you may want to use our order form. A copy of the order form is located at the back of the hard copy catalogue. Alternatively, an order form is located in our ‘resources’ section. Click here to go there now and print the form, or have one emailed to you.

If you wish to email your order, we can provide an electronic form for you, which will reduce the time taken to complete and process the order. Click here to have the form emailed to you now .

If you wish to order via phone, call us on the following numbers (contact us section). We can discuss your order, fill it, and have it on it’s way within 24 hours.

If you are not a customer, you may need to complete an application for credit before we send your product. If this is the case, we can complete it quickly over the phone, via fax or via email. We will contact you if we need to do this.

General terms of credit
We provide credit for approved customers.

In order to apply for credit, you will need to register with Sports Force, by completing our application form and sending it to us. Click here to complete the form on-line now, or to download a copy.  We expect all payments to be made within 30 days, which we believe is reasonable and fair to all. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us.

Delivery
Sports Force will deliver your purchases to anywhere in Australia, and overseas if required. The following terms apply to SCHOOL PURCHASES ONLY

• For the Melbourne metropolitan area, we have FREE delivery for all purchases over $100.
• For Victorian locations outside of Melbourne, orders over $200 are delivered FREE.
• For Sydney, Newcastle, Bathurst, Goulburn and surrounding areas, orders of over $250 are delivered FREE.

For deliveries of purchases under these dollar values, we will charge freight at the minimum rate possible. Alternatively, you can collect the product from our warehouse, or have someone do it on your behalf.

A small freight charge may be applicable to ALL OTHER ORDERS.
